You may check your warranty status/period in the receipt given, contact ABEX’s hotline or contact the respective merchant (ABEX’s authorised retailer/distributor or other online platform)

For product purchased directly from ABEX Store, please check on ABEX’s service center’s location and operating hour in this link

For product purchased from ABEX’s authorised retailer/distributor or other online platform, please contact the respective merchant for warranty procedure and service location.

Warranty Policy: 

ABEX General Product Warranty Policy

ABEX products generally comes with a minimum of 1 year carry in warranty. Cover all issue(s) related to manufacture fault, excluding third party damage and physical wear and tear. Your product purchased may come with 1 or 2 or 3 year warranty, however, please note that for battery, it is only limited to 1 year warranty (applies to extended warranty too). 

On-site pick up and drop off can be arranged on every wednesday and saturday by our 3PL.

Warranty Exclusions

ABEX’s warranty shall not apply in the following situations:

  1. The Product is damaged by accident, abuse, catastrophe, improper use (including failure to heed instructions or warnings), improper maintenance, inadequate packaging, neglect, misuse, operator error;
  2. The Product is damaged by external causes, including but not limited to, corrosion, falls, environmental factors (including temperature and humidity), power failure, faulty power supply, air conditioning, operator, data communications system failure or malfunction;
  3. The Product is damaged due to alterations, changes, modifications, repair, or other services performed by a third party that is not authorized by ABEX;
  4. Product accessory, apparatus, attachment, or devices that are not originally bundled with the Product, or is not provided by ABEX;
  5. Damage to or loss of any data, program, or removable storage media;
  6. Installation, relocation, or removal of Product or any accessories, apparatus, attachments or other devices;
  7. Normal wear and tear, including without limitation, to a Product or Product accessory or part that is consumable or expendable;
  8. A Product or part where you cannot provide the information such as serial number, purchase receipt issued by ABEX or ABEX’s authorised retailer/distributor
  9. Product that is not purchased from ABEX or ABEX’s authorised retailer/distributor, or was leased or loaned by a third party;
  10. Damage caused by shipping carrier;
  11. Hardware or software incompatibility issue(s);
  12. Installation, removal, and set-up service charges;
  13. Software(s) related issue such as system corrupted, malware/virus, improper settings error.
